Schools Outreach Missions

Schools Outreach Missions

Schools Outreach Missions focus on building and empowering on-going school children with right values in life through teaching Godly character accompanied with social life aspects for example Health and Sanitation, Abstinence, Purity, etc. We do conduct these sessions in mostly primary schools where a group of our volunteers alongside the school teachers in that particular school train students practically relating the above.Basing on children ages, we do classify the students in workshops regarding their ages to enable trainers or volunteers be in position to teach the students very well.

Our schools Outreach Missions happen every week in about 2 to 3 schools. We do receive permission by these various schools and are allowed to come sensitize or educate these schools depending on their school program as well.

Our school Outreach Missions does not segregate schools in regards to denominational backgrounds or according to ability. One clear example of our very first school outreach Mission was at Uganda Spastic School mentioned below where most of these children are physically handicapped in one way or the other.

At Kampala School for the disabled, so many children’s lives have been impacted. There are quite a number of challenges being encountered in this spastic school but we hope with our volunteering program under our schools outreach mission on ground, we shall be in position to reach-out to the needs of many children in this school.

Kampala School For The Disabled.

Disability is not Inability, Kampala School for the disability believes that one being born with a physical or cognitive impairment does not qualify them of being unable to achieve what they ought to as a individuals. We were privileged to have an outreach at this school on the 13th August 2016 where many childrens’ lives were greatly impacted. Being that it was a special day for the children, we organized a special meal as well for them and conducted various activities of which included; games and fun activities, praise and worship, comedy and fun from MC Yanke, Miming, giving a message of hope to the children, and cutting a cake with our children.

While there, I had a great time to spending 2 weeks with the amazing children who enabled me to experience the best African experience. I remember Frank, an orphan at the foundation who had the greatest smile ever; I enjoyed the African food which was very sweet and fresh fruits from the garden. The trip organized for me by Emma ...

My son and I had a good time sharing moments with everyone at the Foundation. I was especially glad to see the much you treasure in having young orphans live a normal life with education, health, shelter and above all, good social life that most orphans tend to lack. The care you give to them is tremendous. Also, I want to appreciate the way you are grooming them with Christianity, teaching them to know God. It is very important. I was surprised that you also contain Muslims under your care ...

At the time when I contacted you, I had two mindsets. One mindset told me that I would land on con men like I had done before. But on the contrary, I got to prominent guys whose dream is to influence the next generation. I was motivated by all that you do. Taking care of Orphans and Widows is seen as not very important in the eyes of many, you are however, different. I was glad that my first donation helped kids to get clothes. I will always send in ...
